Claire Loon Baldwin is a natural science illustrator and designer based in Maine, specializing in watercolor botanicals, wild foods, and biodiverse landscapes.
Her art is informed by her background working in state and national parks across the US. In 2018, Claire created Grand Canyon National Park's centennial poster series, and since then, she's continued to create environmentally-centered art with prominent clients including DK Publishing and Penguin Random House, Down East Magazine, and the Boston Globe. She also works with environmental nonprofits and sustainably-minded companies, and teaches workshops that weave together art and ecology. See more of her work on her website.
